Meet Bibar! (Pepper because of his salt and pepper hair)! He is about a year old, small sized, and neutered.
His rescuers found him when he was 2 months old. Someone had dumped him near the cascade steps. He was so sweet and wanted to play, he followed us home and they didn’t have the heart to leave him outside. He was being fostered by another family, but now they can no longer keep him. We're looking for a loving home for this baby boy !
He is highly energetic, does not seem to get tired! Loves to play and eat!! He needs someone who has the time and the energy to give him the attention he deserves! He is goofy and gets along with dogs and cats alike !
